2013 iPhone "notes to self":

Found these notes to myself on my iPhone and thought I would share them. random, unclear, but annotated for your understanding in this pretty purple color.

Great dressing

Okay here it is: combine 1 cup sugar, 1 1/2 cups oil, 2/3 cup red wine vinegar, 2 tsp salt, 2 TBS red onion, 2 tsp dry mustard. Combine in blender, then stir in 3 tsp poppy seed and you're done. My mom usually makes a half recipe though.

This is the amazing Trolley Dressing for the Art city salad. My friend Megan's mom makes it, and we loooooove it.

Brad wrote this in one of his short stories or poem in elementary school. We were looking through his box with Tracy on day and that sentence was my favorite thing in there.

Carmel popcorn

12 C popped popcorn

1 C brown sugar

1/4 C Light corn syrup or honey

1/2 tsp salt

1 cube butter

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla

Microwave brown sugar,  butter, salt, and corn syrup or honey for 30 seconds on high, stir to combine.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir to combine. Microwave again for 2 minutes. Add baking soda and vanilla. Stir well and pour over popcorn. Mix well and pour onto wax paper. The end.

My old boss Jen made this awesome popcorn, and gave me the recipe!

Our good friend Steph makes awesome food and I heard her talking about how to make these in the crock pot so I wrote it down... not very clear, but I think I could do something with this.
